Are you unable to travel to a Notary? For wills, trusts, deeds, contracts, affidavits, or whatever reason it may be, this service is great for you! I can meet you at your location of choice to notarize most documents. If you need to obtain an apostille, I can do that also. I can do the notarization and apostille, or just the apostille. Do you need a document printed out, signed, hand delivered, or mailed out? Document Courier service is available!
Are you in need of a certified signing agent for a home purchase, refinance, or other real estate closing? I’m certified and have a clean background check through the National Notary Association. Do you need someone to act as an authorized representative for an I9? Per state law, I’m unable to stamp/notarize I9s, but I am able to verify identification and sign as an authorized representative.

Mobile Travel Fees:
Travel Fees up to 20 miles: $60
20 Miles outside of 78745: $60 + $2 per extra mile
After Hours Fee: $30
Total cost will generally consist of travel fee + notarization fee.
Example for one document: $60 travel service fee + $10 notarization = $70.
Additional services or distance will cost extra.
Specialty Services
Real Estate Signing Agent Service: Seller closing $200; Buyer closing $250
Estate Plans / Wills and Trust Signings: $75 service fee (per visit, up to 2 people) and $10 for each document.
Please note: you will need to provide 2 disinterested witnesses.
Apostille: Same day service may be available. $125 for the 1st document, $75 for each additional. Texas Secretary of State fees of $15 per document are additional and return delivery or delivery to FedEx is $30. Shipping fees are additional.
*Apostille services must be prepaid prior to bringing the documents to the Secretary of State.
Example Pricing: Notary and apostille for one document would be $70 for notarization, $125 apostille, $15 for SOS fee, $30 for document return or drop off for shipping. Total would be $240. For 2 documents, it would be $336.
Additional Notarization Fees:
I-9 Verification: $65 up to 20 miles from 78745, $2 per mile for each additional mile.
Deposition: $125/hour
Courier to FedEx, UPS, local address, etc.: $30 (shipping label or account number must be supplied)
Printing/Scanning: $.50/page
